Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Children's Home Registered Manager to join our 'Outstanding' Children's Home organisation in Stoke-on-Trent, Staffordshire.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for caring for children and possess strong leadership skills to oversee the management of childcare services.

Job Details

Salary: £41,958 - £44,232 per annum

Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent

What We're Looking For:

  • Recent experience working either as a Children's Home Registered Manager or as a Children's Home Deputy Manager in a Children's Home.
  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or equivalent qualification) or working towards it.
  • Level 3 Children & Young People qualification.
  • Full UK Driving Licence.

Experience:

  • Management either as a Children's Home Manager or Deputy: 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:

  • Driving Licence (required)

Work Location: In person at the home and days at our Head Office.
