About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Registered Manager to lead our 4-bed Therapeutic Children's Home in Stoke-on-Trent. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating a safe, supportive, and nurturing environment for children and young people to thrive.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of staff to deliver high-quality care and support to children and young people
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of each child
  • Work closely with external agencies to ensure the best possible outcomes for children
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the home, including staff supervision and training
Requirements
  • Diploma Level 3 in Children and Young Person's Workforce or equivalent
  • At least three years of experience working with children and young people in a residential setting, including two years at a senior level
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Strong communication skills, resilience, and a good understanding of child development and current legislation
