About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Manager to lead our Children's Home, providing exceptional care and support to children with EBD and/or LD.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the daily operations of the Children's Home, ensuring high standards of care and compliance with Ofsted regulations.
  • Recruit, train, and supervise staff, fostering a supportive and professional environment.
  • Develop and implement care plans for each child, tailored to their unique needs.
  • Build strong relationships with local authorities, families, and other stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a managerial role within children's residential care.
  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care or equivalent.
  • A genuine passion for working with children and making a difference in their lives.
