Role Overview

Your main responsibility will be to ensure the safety and quality of our swimming lessons. This includes providing lifesaving support, administering first aid, and maintaining exceptional customer service standards. You will play a crucial role in enhancing the swimming experience for our participants.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the safety of all swimming activities and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service to swimmers and their families, both in and out of the water.
  • Manage the maintenance and proper usage of all swimming equipment.
  • Conduct regular health and safety checks as per the established schedule.
  • Plan, execute, and evaluate high-quality swimming lessons tailored for children aged 3-11 years.
  • Act as a role model for young swimmers, inspiring them to achieve their full potential.
  • Facilitate customer engagement and promote our services to potential clients.
  • Recognize and celebrate swimmer achievements through awards and certificates.
  • Adhere to all company policies, including safeguarding and operational procedures.
