At We Are Swim, we pride ourselves on being the premier provider of Learn to Swim experiences in the UK. We are seeking a dynamic and motivational individual to take on the role of a team leader within our esteemed swimming team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the safety and quality of our swimming lesson offerings, ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment for all participants.
  • Deliver first aid and lifesaving support as needed, maintaining high standards of customer service and facility management.
  • Supervise the swimming pool area and assist the teaching staff, utilizing technology to enhance customer engagement.
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions to exchange best practices and foster a collaborative environment.
  • Provide exceptional care to swimmers and their families, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Conduct health and safety checks as assigned, maintaining compliance with operational standards.
  • Plan and implement engaging swimming lessons for children aged 3-11, focusing on skill development and enjoyment.
  • Act as a positive role model, inspiring young swimmers to achieve their full potential.
  • Distribute awards and certificates to recognize and celebrate swimmer achievements.
  • Adhere to company policies regarding safety, equality, and operational procedures.

  • Willingness to undergo fully funded training and obtain relevant qualifications.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Commitment to high standards of cleanliness and customer service.
  • Ability to motivate and support individuals in a sporting environment.
  • Energetic and passionate about making a difference in children's lives.
  • Basic swimming proficiency is required.
