At We Are Swim, we are dedicated to transforming lives through swimming education. We are seeking a dynamic and motivating individual to take on the role of a Swimming Program Supervisor, contributing to our esteemed swimming instruction team.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the safety and quality of swimming lessons for children aged 0-11, catering to various skill levels from beginners to advanced swimmers.
- Design, implement, and evaluate engaging swimming lessons that are both fun and educational for children aged 3-11.
- Provide outstanding customer service to all participants and their families, ensuring a welcoming environment both in and out of the water.
- Ensure the proper maintenance and safe usage of all swimming equipment, adhering to cleanliness and safety standards.
- Maintain the facility's high standards by ensuring it is clean and safe for all users and staff members.
- Commit to personal growth through ongoing training, performance feedback, and collaboration with the team to uphold exceptional delivery standards.
- Act as a positive role model for young swimmers, inspiring them to achieve their swimming goals.
- Handle customer inquiries, promote memberships, and participate in regular training sessions to share best practices and maintain high delivery standards.
- Celebrate swimmer achievements by distributing certificates and recognitions.
- Adhere to all operational protocols, including safeguarding children, health and safety regulations, and equal opportunity policies.

- Training and qualifications are fully funded, with existing qualifications considered advantageous.
