At We Are Swim, we are dedicated to transforming lives through swimming education. We are seeking a dynamic and motivational individual to take on the role of Aquatic Team Leader within our esteemed swimming program.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the safety and quality of our swimming lesson offerings, ensuring an exceptional experience for all participants.
- Deliver lifesaving and first aid services, maintaining high standards of customer care and facility management.
- Supervise pool activities and support the instructional team, utilizing technology to enhance customer engagement.
- Participate in training sessions and team meetings to exchange best practices and foster a collaborative environment.
- Work flexible hours during evenings and weekends to accommodate our lesson schedule.

Essential Duties

Qualifications
- Training and qualifications will be provided; existing certifications are advantageous.
