Position Overview
We are seeking to hire 4 x Residential Support Specialists to operate in a dynamic setting. Candidates should possess a solid background in maintenance and familiarity with the Northgate system. We are looking for individuals who are vibrant and passionate about effectively managing resident expectations while delivering exceptional customer service, primarily over the phone. This position serves as the initial point of contact for our residents, addressing various service areas such as maintenance, leasehold matters, rental inquiries, estate amenities, and general customer questions.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Thorough understanding of housing regulations and protocols
- Experience in direct resident interactions
- Proven track record in a customer-oriented role, whether in a call center or face-to-face setting
