Campaign Operations Director

Savvy Media & Digital Recruitment is seeking an experienced Campaign Operations Director to join our team. As a key player in our operations, you will be responsible for driving operational excellence and contributing to a creative and impactful organization that prioritizes personal and professional growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance operational efficiency and ensure best service quality.
- Develop innovative ideas to optimize campaign operations and drive continuous improvements.
- Oversee and report on activities carried out by the operations team, including campaign tracking, budget checks, production, and digital verification.
- Identify and address campaign challenges proactively and manage inventory management, coordination with planning teams, and external partners.
- Recruit, train, and mentor junior team members and foster strong relationships with external suppliers and clients.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in Out-of-Home operations.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a good grasp of data and excellent attention to detail.
- Self-motivated and able to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines, with strong people management skills.
- Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel.
