Savvy Media & Digital Recruitment is seeking an experienced campaign operations professional to join our team. As a Campaign Operations Director, you will play a key role in achieving operational excellence and contributing to a creative and impactful organization that prioritizes personal and professional growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance operational efficiency and drive continuous improvements.
  • Ensure best service quality and generate innovative ideas to optimize campaign operations.
  • Oversee and report on activities carried out by the operations team, identifying and addressing campaign challenges proactively.
  • Manage campaign tracking, budget checks, production, and digital verification to guarantee high-quality outputs.
  • Handle reporting, inventory management, and coordination with planning teams and external partners.
  • Recruit, train, and mentor junior team members, fostering strong relationships with external suppliers and clients.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in Out-of-Home operations.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a good grasp of data.
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Self-motivated and able to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
  • Strong people management skills.
  • Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel.
