Campaigns Director

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Campaigns Director to lead our integrated campaigns team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and delivering innovative campaigns that drive social change and behaviour.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and approve integrated campaign plans, including budgets and timelines.
- Oversee the delivery of multiple integrated campaigns, ensuring they are delivered on time, on budget, and in line with strategic objectives.
- Maintain visibility of all work going on across departments to ensure alignment with client needs and expectations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and external stakeholders, acting as an ambassador for the project.
- Support with M&E, including recommendations to best capture effectiveness of activities implemented.
- Oversee reporting to clients on campaigns.
- Represent Zinc Network at high-level meetings with clients and project partners.
Requirements
We are looking for a candidate with 6+ years of experience in campaigning, preferably working for international donors such as the FCDO, USAID, or major INGOs. A demonstrable interest in international relations or social change is essential. Prior experience working in cross-functional communications teams is also required.
