**Electrify Britain: A Groundbreaking Initiative**
We are seeking a highly experienced and passionate Electrification Campaign Director to lead our mission to drive the widespread electrification of the UK. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing strategic leadership, managing day-to-day operations, and driving our organisation's mission and objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement the strategic vision and direction of Electrify Britain, focusing on leading campaigns with tangible outcomes such as policy changes, quantifiable changes in customer behavior, and the launching of public alliances.
- Lead the organisation in achieving its mission and objectives, ensuring efficient and effective management of day-to-day operations.
- Represent Electrify Britain in public forums, media, and stakeholder meetings, promoting our organisation's goals and initiatives.
- Develop and execute advocacy campaigns to promote electrification policies and initiatives, building and maintaining relationships with government officials, industry leaders, and other key stakeholders.
- Oversee the organisation's communications strategy, including media relations, social media, and effective responses to anti-net zero activities on social media and other platforms.
- Develop and track goals to measure Electrify Britain's impact and effectiveness, reporting on progress towards goals and objectives to the Board of Directors and other stakeholders.
- Proven experience in a senior leadership role within advocacy, campaigning, or non-profit organisations.
- Deep knowledge of electrification and an unwavering passion for promoting sustainable energy solutions.
- Exceptional communication and public speaking skills, with the ability to inspire and lead a dynamic team.
- Strong financial skills and budget management, with the ability to develop and manage the organisation's budget.
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
