Electrification Campaign Director

We are seeking a highly experienced and passionate Electrification Campaign Director to lead our efforts in driving the widespread adoption of electric vehicles and electrified homes in the UK.
Key Responsibilities- Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement the strategic vision and direction of our Electrification Campaign, ensuring alignment with our mission and objectives.
- Campaign Management: Lead the development and execution of advocacy campaigns to promote electrification policies and initiatives, with a focus on tangible outcomes such as policy changes and changes in customer behavior.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with government officials, industry leaders, and other key stakeholders to promote our goals and initiatives.
- Team Leadership: Lead a highly agile and high-impact team, including a Social Media and Communications Manager and a Researcher, to ensure efficient and effective management of day-to-day operations.
- Financial Management: Develop and manage the organisation's budget, ensuring financial sustainability and accountability.
- Communications Strategy: Oversee the organisation's communications strategy, including media relations, social media, and effective responses to anti-net zero activities on social media and other platforms.
- Proven experience in a senior leadership role within advocacy, campaigning, or non-profit organisations.
- Deep knowledge of electrification and a passion for promoting sustainable energy solutions.
- Exceptional communication and public speaking skills.
- Strong financial skills and budget management.
- Ability to inspire and lead a dynamic team.
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
