**Requirements**

  • **Proven Operations Experience**: 2+ years of campaign operations or strategy development, preferably in a highly technical or automated environment.

  • **Tech-Savvy**: Comfortable using low-code tools and automations, with experience in tools like Clay being a plus.
  • **Detail-Oriented**: Accuracy and attention to detail are crucial, especially in managing complex workflows and client campaigns.
  • **Strong Communication Skills**: Able to clearly articulate strategy and updates to both clients and internal teams.
