The OpportunityWe are seeking a talented and driven Digital Legal Delivery Recruitment Lead to join our Human Resources team. In this role, you will play a key part in attracting, assessing, and onboarding top legal talent to support the growth of our firm.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute recruitment strategies for various legal roles within the Digital Legal Delivery team.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and making hiring decisions.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across the firm, including legal practice leaders and hiring managers.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in legal recruitment.
- Collaborate with the wider HR team on initiatives related to talent acquisition and employee development.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the legal industry, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a proven track record in recruitment.
You should also be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
