Recruitment Manager, Digital Legal Delivery Specialist

The Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Recruitment Manager to join our Digital Legal Delivery team. As a key member of our recruitment function, you will be responsible for leading the recruitment process for permanent, interim hires, graduates/trainees, and apprentices across the UK, US, and EMEA regions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the market, including passive candidates.
- Manage the recruitment budget, tracking return on investment from recruitment initiatives and activities.
- Lead the continuous development and improvement of recruitment practices and processes, providing innovative solutions to resourcing challenges.
- Ensure strong diversity and inclusion practices throughout the recruitment process, supporting and encouraging managers when needed, while complying with all relevant employment or other law, including data protection compliance and GDPR.
- Build and maintain effective working relationships with internal stakeholders, including Partners, hiring managers, business services teams, and the HR, L&D, and Reward teams.
- Contribute to the development of our employer brand and support project work related to recruitment and resourcing.
Requirements
- Excellent academics and a keen intellect.
- A proven track record of successfully leading a recruitment/resourcing function in a fast-paced professional services environment.
- A proven ability to work both strategically and operationally, adapting to meet the needs of the business.
- Strong project management skills, with an ability to use management information to support resource planning.
- Well-organised, articulate, numerate, and commercial.
- Able to demonstrate resilience while building strong relationships with a demanding client base.
- Experience in use of LinkedIn Recruiter preferred.
- Sound technical knowledge of legislation regarding recruitment and of best-practice graduate and lateral resourcing strategies.
- Robust negotiation skills, results-orientated. Comfortable with ambiguity.
