**About the Role**
Career Legal is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Recruitment Manager to join our team in Belfast. As a Recruitment Manager, you will be responsible for providing recruitment support within the digital legal delivery space, managing all recruitment end-to-end, and building strong working relationships with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Be accountable for the fee-earning and business support recruitment processes through the entire lifecycle, including permanent, interim hires, graduates/trainees, and apprentices.
- Support the Recruitment Adviser in advising hiring managers on appropriate selection techniques.
- Lead the continuous development and improvement of recruitment practices and processes, providing innovative solutions to resourcing challenges.
- Ensure strong diversity and inclusion practices throughout the recruitment process, supporting and encouraging managers when needed, while complying with all relevant employment or other law, including data protection compliance and GDPR.
- Manage the Digital Legal Delivery UK, US, and EMEA recruitment budget, tracking return on investment from recruitment initiatives and activities.
- Seek to recruit the best available talent in the market, including attracting 'passive' candidates through channels other than traditional recruitment agencies and through constant improvement of our approach to selection.
- Support the Recruitment Adviser in driving direct sourcing to achieve savings targets, reviewed annually.
- Ensure that we are maximizing the return on our investment in LinkedIn and other direct channels.
Requirements
- A minimum of 3 years' in-house recruitment experience, preferably within professional services, along with a sound understanding of current recruitment trends.
- Strong influencing and negotiating skills, with the ability to work in a high-pressure environment and make sound commercial decisions.
- Experience of leading junior team members is advantageous.
- A strategic approach and proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter are essential.
