**Purpose**:

**Main Duties**:

- Manage and deliver the recruitment process effectively, ensuring procedures are followed in a timely and efficient manner. This involves arranging interviews, liaising with relevant HR Partner teams and line managers for smooth running of recruitment campaigns, issuing offers of employment, and ensuring eligibility to work information is checked and kept on file.
- Advise recruiting managers on recruiting schedules, appropriate advertising, job descriptions, person specifications, job evaluation, re-gradings of posts, and remuneration.
- Analyze CVs daily and create talent pools.
- Liaise with management to identify recruitment needs.
- Browse social networking sites like LinkedIn for suitable profiles with required skills.
- Use a range of software packages.
- Send offer and rejection letters.
- Update new starter spreadsheets.
- Update office manager promptly to ensure accurate passing of new starter information.
- Ensure compliance with all internal policies and procedures.
- Any other duties as requested or required by the Managing Director._

**Essential Skills/Criteria**:

- C.S.E or equivalent English and Maths, grade c or higher.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- 2 years’ experience in a similar role or a customer-facing role.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize.
- Excellent professional attitude.
- Adaptable and flexible in approach to the working day.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and highly IT literate.
- Time management skills.
- Team-player.

**Desirable**:

- Experience in a similar industry/role.
- EU recruitment experience.

**Salary**: £30,000.00-£37,000.00 per year
