Main Purpose of the Role
Main
**Responsibilities**:
- To support the Recruitment and Payroll teams through prompt creation and maintenance of contracts on the company system;
- To develop a good understanding of the organisational structure that we work within:
Person Specification
- Previous experience of a fast moving and busy office environment
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
- Demonstrable project and time management skills and be able to work under pressure
- Competent in the use of MS office
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Able to communicate effectively at all levels
- Flexible approach to work according to the needs of the service/business
- Understanding of confidentiality
