Cardiac Care Unit Manager

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Cardiac Care Unit Manager to lead our team in delivering high-quality patient care in our Coronary Care Unit. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for managing the clinical area, ensuring the safe delivery of efficient and effective care, and promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the clinical area, including the 8-bedded Coronary Care Unit and the 7-bedded CCU Stepdown area
- Ensure the safe delivery of efficient and effective care in accordance with professional and national clinical standards
- Manage staff performance and service improvement
- Create a culture that promotes educational development and a positive learning environment for nursing, medical, and other allied health professionals
