Practitioner Psychologist

We are seeking a highly skilled Practitioner Psychologist to join our Cardiac Rehabilitation Service team. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will provide psychological assessment, formulation, and intervention services to individuals living with cardiac issues.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct and indirect psychological services to patients, including face-to-face and remote consultations, and group work.
- Offer a psychological perspective to multidisciplinary team colleagues and other staff, providing consultation and training to increase psychological awareness and understanding.
- Evaluate service delivery and contribute to service development, ensuring high-quality care for our patients.
We are looking for a candidate with:
- A doctoral training in DCOP/DClin Psy or a Master's in Health/Forensic Psychology.
- Psychology-related degree with a 2:1 or higher, plus a Graduate Basis for Registration (GBR).
- HCPC registration or due to register as a trainee.
Desirable qualifications include a Master's in Psychology or additional relevant training. Experience in providing specialist psychological assessment and intervention to vulnerable groups is essential. Health psychology experience is desirable.
