Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Program Manager to join our team at Peaple Talent. As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for leading large programs of work for central government clients, delivering IT projects and transformation initiatives with a focus on business change.

Key Responsibilities

  • Stakeholder Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and issue resolution.
  • Team Leadership: Lead project teams, providing guidance, support, and direction to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Project Tracking: Monitor and track project progress, identifying and mitigating risks to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Governance: Maintain high governance standards, ensuring compliance with central government regulations and policies.
  • Program Management: Oversee program scope definition, budget management, risk management, and successful program delivery.

Requirements

  • Experience: Proven experience in a Program Management role within the public sector, with a strong understanding of central government compliance and governance.
  • Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of delivering cloud-based solutions, with excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
