About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as an Incentives and Partnerships Specialist. This is a unique opportunity to work with a leading company in the industry, driving business growth and success through strategic partnerships and incentives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Microsoft Partnership Management
    • Manage the following elements of our Microsoft partnership:
    • Partner funding programs – MCI Workshops, Partner Cybersecurity In Azure Migration & Modernisation Program (AMMP), End Customer Incentive Funding (ECIF)
    • Partner incentives – Claiming Partner of Record (CPOR), Partner Admin Link (PAL)
  • Support the Sales Team
    • Be the primary point of contact for our sales team for Microsoft incentives and programs
    • Support the sales team to increase customer attach rates across the incentive and funding programs
    • Regular updating of sales opportunities in Microsoft partner centre
    • Support the marketing team with MDF funding claims, POE and CO-OP claiming process
  • Finance and Forecasting
    • Support the finance team with Microsoft invoicing and payments
    • Process and report on monthly incentive payments (e.g CPOR)
    • Provide regular forecast reports Microsoft contacts as required
Requirements
  • Must have experience of managing Microsoft Partner Centre
  • Must have experience of working within the Microsoft partner ecosystem
  • Must have experience selling the Cloud Solution Provider (CSP) licensing program
  • Must have high level of IT proficiency
  • Must have good communication skills
  • Must have good organisational skills
  • Must have the ability to build and manage relationships with vendors (e.g Microsoft)
  • Desirable for candidate to have achieved one or more of the Microsoft Fundamentals certifications
  • Desirable for candidate to have an existing network of Microsoft contacts
