Business Intelligence Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Intelligence Manager to join our team at Gleeson Recruitment Group. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing the generation, analysis, and presentation of data to support business decision-making and performance management.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in data analysis and reporting, with experience in working with senior management teams to develop solutions for monitoring performance and enhancing operational understanding. You will also have expertise in Microsoft BI Stack, including SSIS, SSRS, and Power BI, as well as a strong understanding of SQL and data warehousing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain reporting systems to support business decision-making
- Collaborate with senior management teams to identify business needs and develop solutions
- Manage and maintain data warehouses and ETL processes
- Represent the Business Intelligence function in internal and external meetings
Requirements:
- Strong background in data analysis and reporting
- Experience working with senior management teams
- Expertise in Microsoft BI Stack and SQL
- Strong understanding of data warehousing and ETL processes
