We are seeking a skilled CRM Analyst to join our team at Spinks, a leading voluntary youth organisation in the equestrian industry.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for developing an in-depth understanding of our CRM system, diagnosing and troubleshooting issues, and supporting the Systems Architect in reviewing system change requests and proposing effective solutions.
Key Responsibilities- CRM Expertise: Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our CRM system, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance its functionality.
- Change Management: Collaborate with the Lead Systems and Support Officer to review system change requests, propose solutions, and ensure seamless integration with existing systems.
- Solution Implementation: Design, develop, and test system configuration changes within the release schedule, ensuring minimal disruption to our operations.
- Third-Party Collaboration: Work closely with third-party developers to ensure proper system support, testing, and integration.
- Feature Testing: Participate in defining and testing new features developed by third parties, ensuring they meet our requirements and standards.
- PowerApps and PowerAutomate: 1-3 years of experience with PowerApps and PowerAutomate.
- Software Development Lifecycle: Familiarity with the software development lifecycle and user testing processes.
- REST APIs: Experience supporting and testing REST APIs.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to spot issues and raise them when necessary.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Initiative and Teamwork: Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
