Job Summary:

Caselton Clark is seeking a highly skilled Marketing Campaign Manager to join our team. As a Marketing Campaign Manager, you will be responsible for creating and delivering effective marketing campaigns for our events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to target the right audience and drive commercial results.
  • Manage data research process with key stakeholders to identify key levers and inform marketing campaigns.
  • Conduct detailed campaign analysis to identify areas for improvement and optimize marketing efforts.
  • Leverage affiliate marketing through partnerships with speakers, sponsors, media partners, and associations to drive revenue growth.
  • Implement and manage social media strategies to engage with our audience and promote our events.
  • Manage marketing budget allocation at event level, with guidance from your manager.
  • Attend weekly project team meetings to ensure alignment and progress.

Requirements:

  • 1+ years' experience in marketing, preferably in conferences or exhibitions.
  • Ability to work autonomously, with guidance from your manager, to develop and implement marketing plans.
  • Strong copywriting skills to create engaging external marketing communications.
  • Basic data analysis skills to inform marketing campaign direction.
  • Passion for driving commercial results through marketing.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Pardot, or Google Analytics is a plus.
