EMR | Specialist in Marketing Recruitment is seeking a Marketing Campaign Manager to deliver integrated marketing campaigns to drive both acquisition and retention for a key consumer finance savings product.

The ideal candidate will have solid experience within a similar B2C marketing role, with a track record of website, PPC, TV, social, print, and digital marketing experience.

The successful candidate will be proactive, accountable, and prepared to take ownership of marketing initiatives, with a proven ability to implement marketing strategy, from developing the plan to execution and measurement.

The role will involve building a close working relationship with external agencies and internal teams, with a focus on digital marketing, CRM activities, PR, video content, product and market analysis, literature, presentations, digital, and social media.

The Marketing Campaign Manager will be responsible for optimising marketing initiatives to ensure effective ROI on all campaigns, with a focus on digital activity.

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of marketing, including experience of the full media mix, promotions, and communications B2C channel.

The role offers a competitive salary of c\u00a350,000 base, with a 12-month fixed-term contract and 3 days in the office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns to drive both acquisition and retention
  • Support the development of marketing and digital strategy for the B2C financial services business
  • Ensure all opportunities are maximised, including growing engagement with existing clients and attracting new customers
  • Assist the business with ATL and BTL acquisition and retention strategies
  • Effectively help with the execution of marketing activities within agreed budget
  • Execute marketing plans that are client-focused, meet business objectives, and are delivered on time and within budget
  • Build a close working relationship with external agencies and internal teams
  • Optimise marketing initiatives to ensure effective ROI on all campaigns

Requirements:

  • Solid experience within a similar B2C marketing role
  • B2C financial services (consumer finance/insurance) experience essential
  • Track record of website, PPC, TV, social, print, and digital marketing experience
  • Proactive, accountable, and prepared to take ownership
  • Proven ability to implement marketing strategy, from developing the plan to execution and measurement
  • Solid understanding of marketing, including experience of the full media mix, promotions, and communications B2C channel
  • Experienced campaign manager, leading from agency briefing through to execution, delivery, reporting, and post-campaign analysis
  • Proven project management skills with a track record of delivery to time and within budget
  • Proficient with managing external 3rd party relationships and internal stakeholders/partners
  • Naturally creative, idea-generating, and prepared to challenge the norm
  • Digital marketing expertise, including CRM/email marketing, PPC, SEO, and social media
  • Proficient copywriting skills to support enhancement of content developed internally and by agency partners
  • High level of negotiation and influencing skills
