This is a 12-month fixed-term contract opportunity with a competitive salary of c\u00a340-\u00a350,000.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the development and execution of the marketing and digital strategy for the B2C financial services business.
- Assist with paid media programs and ensure all opportunities are maximised, including growing engagement with existing clients and attracting new customers.
- Effectively help with the execution of marketing activities within agreed budget and deliver marketing plans that are client-focused, meet business objectives, and are delivered on time and within budget.
- Build a close working relationship with the relevant external agencies and internal teams supporting the marketing team.
- Optimise marketing initiatives to ensure effective ROI on all campaigns, with a focus on digital activity.
Requirements:
- Solid experience within a similar B2C marketing role.
- B2C financial services (consumer finance/insurance) experience is essential.
- Track record of paid media is essential.
- Sound knowledge of marketing, including experience of the full media mix, promotions, and communications B2C channel.
- Proficient with managing external 3rd party relationships and internal stakeholders/partners.
- Naturally creative, idea-generating, and prepared to challenge the norm.
- Digital marketing expertise, including CRM/email marketing, PPC, SEO, and social media.
- Proficient copywriting skills to support enhancement of content developed internally and by agency partners.
