We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Campaign Marketing Manager to oversee marketing efforts for two of our flagship exhibitions, each attracting over 15,000 attendees annually.

Role Overview: As the Campaign Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our large-scale exhibitions. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of marketing campaigns, from planning and execution to performance tracking and optimisation. With two direct reports under your supervision, your leadership and experience will be crucial in ensuring the continued success and growth of these prestigious events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive marketing campaigns for two large-scale B2B exhibitions, ensuring alignment with event goals and objectives.
  • Oversee the work of two direct reports, providing guidance, support, and mentoring to ensure their professional development and the success of the campaigns.
  • Track and analyse campaign performance metrics, making data-driven adjustments to optimise results.
  • Manage and execute digital marketing strategies, including PPC, paid advertising, email marketing, and social media campaigns.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure that all marketing materials and messages are consistent and align with the brand's voice and objectives.
  • Collaborate with external agencies and vendors as needed to enhance campaign reach and effectiveness.
  • Maintain a high level of energy and adaptability, staying on top of campaign pacing and ensuring timely adjustments are made as required.
  • Report regularly on campaign performance to senior management, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in campaign management, with at least 1 year of experience managing a team.
  • Proven track record in managing multiple, large-scale marketing campaigns with a strong focus on digital marketing, including PPC and paid advertising.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to track campaign performance, interpret data, and make necessary adjustments to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Prior experience in event marketing, particularly within the B2B exhibition space, is essential.
  • Exceptional organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a small team effectively.
  • Highly proactive and adaptable, with the energy and drive to meet the fast-paced demands of the role.
