Marketing Manager

EMR | Specialist in Marketing Recruitment is seeking a skilled Marketing Manager to join our team. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing integrated marketing campaigns that drive business growth and brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define marketing requirements and develop campaign strategies
  • Design and execute e-marketing and events campaigns to improve brand awareness and engagement
  • Work closely with stakeholders to create thought leadership articles, blogs, and client communications across digital channels
  • Ensure website optimization for content, accessibility, and user experience
  • Analyze e-marketing, social, and web data to identify trends, benchmarks, and areas for improvement
  • Lead and manage major broker and insurance events in the campaign calendar
  • Ensure marketing information is up-to-date and accurate on all operational platforms
  • Adhere to branding guidelines across all marketing communications

Requirements:

  • B2B insurance experience preferred, but B2B financial services considered
  • Strong presentation, writing, and editing skills
  • Effective knowledge of CRM, Marketing Automation, Web, and e-marketing
  • Ability to translate technical information into clear, concise prose for various audiences
  • Strong interpersonal skills for effective internal and external business partner interactions
  • Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce, Pardot, and other business-related software
  • UK experience only
  • No sponsorship available

Compensation: £55-60,000 + Bonus + Benefits

Work Arrangement: 3 days in the office
