Key Responsibilities:
  • Campaign Planning and Execution: Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns to target our retail audience, ensuring alignment with business goals and measurable outcomes.
  • Content Creation and Coordination: Create high-quality marketing assets, including emails, landing pages, social media posts, and other marketing collateral in collaboration with designers and external agencies.
  • Multi-Channel Delivery: Manage the delivery of campaigns across multiple channels, including email, digital advertising, social media, and events, to maximise reach and engagement.
  • Performance Tracking and Optimisation: Monitor and report on campaign performance using key metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, and lead generation, and use data insights to optimise campaigns and improve future performance.
  • Stakeholder Management: Liaise with internal stakeholders, including sales, product, and compliance teams, to ensure marketing efforts are aligned and compliant with regulatory standards.
  • Budget Management: Oversee the campaign budget, ensuring cost-effective strategies that maximise ROI.
  • Lead Nurturing: Implement lead nurturing processes through HubSpot and segmented email campaigns to convert leads into marketing qualified leads (MQLs).
  • Market Research and Insights: Stay up to date with market trends, competitor activity, and audience behaviour to ensure campaigns remain relevant and impactful.
Requirements:

  • Experience in Financial Services: Ideally, experience working in financial services, particularly in investment management.
