Job Description:

Job Title: HR Administrator - Support Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced HR Administrator to provide comprehensive administrative support to our HR Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing a high level of administrative support to the HR Team, ensuring the smooth operation of the HR Service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the HR Team in all aspects of the HR Service, including recruitment, employee onboarding, and personnel administration.
  • Support the HR Team in the development and maintenance of HR databases and processes.
  • Assist in the compilation of employment contract packs and ensure that all employee personnel files are accurately maintained and up-to-date.
  • Perform regular audits of personnel files to ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
  • Support the HR Team in the monitoring of sickness and absence, including maintaining an up-to-date absence trigger list.
  • Provide a professional and comprehensive administrative resource to the HR Department, including support with telephone enquiries and the arrangement of meetings and events.
  • Undertake any other reasonable and relevant duties as set by the HR Manager.

Requirements:

  • Strong experience working within an administration role is essential.
  • Previous experience working within an HR Department is preferred.
  • An understanding of employment legislation is essential.
  • Experience of HR systems is preferred.
