About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Relationship Manager to join our team at Integro Partners in Manchester. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, driving business growth, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a large portfolio of clients, including high-value and complex accounts.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our clients' businesses, including their financials, operations, and industry trends.
  • Sanction and approve overpayments, credit limits, and high-value transactions, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Oversee bi-monthly verifications of client accounts, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Review and analyze client performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
  • Conduct client take-on meetings, reviews, and visits to ensure a deep understanding of their needs and goals.
  • Provide ongoing training and development to ensure our team has the necessary knowledge and skills to deliver exceptional service.
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with client relationships, including onerous conditions and potential disputes.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in the Invoice Finance/factoring sector, with a strong track record of success in a Relationship Manager or similar role.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and maintain acceptable risk levels.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt to changing workloads and priorities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork.
  • Full driving license and right to work in the UK.
