The Role:
As the Claims and Relationship Manager, you will report into the Claims Operations and Relationship Manager and work closely with the Business Development Teams and Partnerships to deliver to our clients the development, implementation, and monitoring of claims processes and value-added services. The deliverables will include:
- Developing and implementing claims processes and procedures
- Collaborating with business development teams to identify new business opportunities
- Managing relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure excellent customer service
- Monitoring and analyzing claims data to identify trends and areas for improvement
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders

Requirements:
• Proven experience in claims management and relationship building
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
