Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Claims and Relationship Manager to join our team at HSB Engineering Insurance. As a key member of our Claims Operations & Relationship Management team, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional claims services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Claims Process Development: Collaborate with our Business Development Teams & Partnerships to design, develop, and implement claims processes and activities that support the onboarding of new partnerships and new product development.
  • Claims Review and Enhancement: Review existing claims services and processes to identify opportunities for enhancement and innovation, with a focus on improving quality and efficiency of claims propositions and client experience.
  • Relationship Management: Coordinate and proactively manage regular claims and service review meetings with key business partners and client companies, ensuring strong relationships and effective communication.
  • Contract Management: Draft and update treaties, terms of business agreements, service level agreements, and claims service guidelines, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Marketing and Communication: Develop and maintain a social media presence to raise awareness of the Claims Team and promote our claims services.

Requirements:

  • Insurance Industry Knowledge: Good knowledge of general insurer markets and programs.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Track record of successful customer relationship management.
  • Contract Writing: Excellent written skills and the ability to draft and create contract wordings.
  • Language Skills: Ability to speak a European language other than English (desirable).
  • Qualifications: Partial or completed CII qualifications (preferred).
