**Job Summary**

We are seeking a skilled CRM Development Lead to join our team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of corporate and community fundraising, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and experience with CRM systems.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Develop and implement effective CRM strategies to support our regeneration programmes
* Build and maintain relationships with corporate and community partners
* Create engaging proposals and correspondence to internal and external audiences
* Collaborate with the team to deliver our mission and objectives

* Proven track record of corporate and community fundraising
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Experience with CRM systems
