Job Title: Business Development Coordinator

Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and driven individual to join our business development team as a Business Development Coordinator. This role is critical in generating new business leads and building strong relationships with clients. As a junior position, it offers a clear pathway to a sales career, with opportunities to progress into a target-focused sales professional.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive outreach and telesales efforts.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and presenting tailored solutions.
  • Utilize industry databases and market research to identify key opportunities and track market trends.
  • Manage and update client information accurately using IT systems, including Microsoft Excel.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment on lead generation strategies.
  • Achieve and exceed lead generation targets to contribute to the overall growth of the business.


Requirements:


  • Previous experience in making outbound calls to customers and engaging potential clients would be highly beneficial.
  • Ambitious and driven; we are looking for someone who is motivated to succeed and eager to develop their career within sales.
  • Experience with industry databases and market research is desirable. Familiarity with these platforms will be a significant advantage.
  • IT and Excel literate is a must for data management and analysis.
  • UK driving licence is necessary as the role may require occasional travel to meet clients and attend events.
