Senior Sales Leadership Opportunity at Universal Business Team

We are seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead our sales team at Universal Business Team, a well-established business organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for maximizing the potential of our sales team, creating and justifying sales plans to upper management. Managing a team of sales professionals, handling key accounts, and attending nationwide visits will be key responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Management and Motivational Leadership
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a Sales Team
  • Maintain a positive team culture
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback
  • Inspire and reward outstanding performance
  • Task and KPI Management
  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets
  • Monitor team performance and adjust strategies
  • Prepare and submit sales reports
  • Liaise with Marketing and Operations departments
  • Manage Top Level Clients
  • Recruitment and Hiring

Requirements:

  • Attention to detail and ability to work accurately
  • Analyze data and consumer insights
  • Prioritize, multi-task, and adapt to change
  • Well-organized with team management skills
  • Confident communicator and positive attitude
  • Previous sales experience in B2B product sales
  • Managing/Administrating databases
  • Understanding of sales strategies
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Recruit and develop a high-performing sales team
  • Full Driving License required

Benefits:

  • Salary range: £75,000-£80,000 per annum
