  • Develop and implement effective strategies to achieve sales targets

  • Communicate realistic and challenging sales targets for the team
  • Monitor progress and adjust strategies to ensure targets are met
  • Prepare and submit detailed weekly and monthly sales reports to the Managing Director
  • Provide recommendations for improving sales performance
  • Liaise with the Marketing Department to coordinate sales presentations and align strategies
  • Collaborate with Operations and Service Managers to drive sales service initiatives
  • Manage top-level clients with the sales team
  • Recruitment and Hiring
Requirements

We are looking for a strong candidate with the following skills and experience:

  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work accurately and to deadlines
  • Ability to analyze data and consumer insights, construct practical conclusions, and implement recommendations to achieve business targets
  • Ability to prioritize, multitask, and adapt to change
  • Well-organized with demonstrable skills in team management
  • Confident communicator; ability to work with different levels of internal and external customers
  • Positive, self-motivated, helpful attitude
  • Previous work experience in sales, preferably in a company with B2B product sales and online presence
  • Managing and administering databases
  • Strong understanding of sales strategies and market dynamics
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated ability to recruit and develop a high-performing sales team
  • Full driving license required
