We expect this to mean you are out on the road 2 times per week and office-based 3 times per week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership and Motivation
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a Sales Team of 10.
- Maintain a positive and collaborative team culture.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
- Recognize and reward outstanding performance.
- Inspire and motivate the sales team to achieve their individual and collective goals.
- Task and KPI Management
- Develop and implement effective strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Monitor and analyze team performance against key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Communicate realistic and challenging sales targets for the team.
- Monitor progress and adjust strategies to ensure targets are met.
- Prepare and submit detailed weekly and monthly sales reports to the Managing Director and attend management weekly meetings.
- Provide recommendations for improving sales performance.
- Liaise with the Marketing Department to coordinate sales presentations and align strategies (including initiating product launches and promotions).
- Collaborate with Operations and Service Managers to drive Sales Service initiatives.
- Client Management
- Manage top-level clients with the sales team.
- Recruitment and Hiring
Requirements:
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work accurately and to deadlines.
- Ability to analyze data and consumer insights, construct practical conclusions, and implement recommendations to achieve business targets.
- Ability to prioritize, multitask, and adapt to change.
- Well-organized with demonstrable skills in team management.
- Confident communicator; ability to work with different levels of internal and external customers.
- Positive, self-motivated, helpful attitude.
- Previous work experience in sales, preferably in a company with B2B product sales and online presence.
- Managing and administering databases.
- Strong understanding of sales strategies and market dynamics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to recruit and develop a high-performing sales team.
- Full driving license required.
