We are seeking an experienced Sales Director to join the Universal Business Team. As a Sales Team Director, you will be responsible for maximizing our sales team potential, crafting sales plans, and justifying those plans to the upper management. You will lead a team of 9 sales professionals, manage key accounts, and attend visits nationwide with your team. We expect this to mean you are out on the road 2 times per week and office-based 3 times per week.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership and Motivation
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a Sales Team of 10.
  • Maintain a positive and collaborative team culture.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
  • Recognize and reward outstanding performance.
  • Inspire and motivate the sales team to achieve their individual and collective goals.
  • Task and KPI Management
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to achieve sales targets.
  • Monitor and analyze team performance against key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Communicate realistic and challenging sales targets for the team.
  • Monitor progress and adjust strategies to ensure targets are met.
  • Prepare and submit detailed weekly and monthly sales reports to the Managing Director and attend management weekly meetings.
  • Provide recommendations for improving sales performance.
  • Liaise with the Marketing Department to coordinate sales presentations and align strategies (including initiating product launches and promotions).
  • Collaborate with Operations and Service Managers to drive Sales Service initiatives.

  • Manage top-level clients with the sales team.

Requirements:

  • Strong attention to detail.

  • Positive, self-motivated, helpful attitude.
  • Previous work experience in sales, preferably in a company with B2B product sales and online presence.
  • Managing and administering databases.
  • Strong understanding of sales strategies and market dynamics.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to recruit and develop a high-performing sales team.
  • Full driving license required.
