Railway Station Renewals Specialist

We are seeking a highly experienced Site Manager to join our team at Octavius Infrastructure. As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the contract activities on site, ensuring compliance with all relevant standards, policies, and procedures.
Key Responsibilities- Project Delivery: Manage and oversee the delivery of projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Safety and Compliance: Lead by example and promote a positive safety culture among the site team and the supply chain, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
- Communication: Communicate clearly and effectively with other site management, clients, stakeholders, and the local community.
- Quality and Efficiency: Ensure the delivery of a quality product that meets the customer's requirements and expectations, while maximizing profitability by identifying and recording changes, managing resources efficiently, and closing out defects and deliverables in a timely manner.
- Team Development: Support and develop your team members, sharing best practices and lessons learned across the sector.
We are looking for a highly experienced Site Manager with a strong track record of delivering projects in the railway station renewals sector. You will have a valid SMSTS qualification, a valid CSCS card, PTS, and other identified training. You will also have a good level of IT skills and a strong commitment to the Octavius values of integrity, caring, progressive, openness, and quality.
