About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Service Delivery Assistant at Great Western Railway (GWR). As a key member of our station operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient delivery of our services to customers.

Main Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service and support to customers, responding to their queries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Station Operations: Assist with the safe and punctual departure of trains from the station, ensuring that all necessary procedures are followed.
  • Information Provision: Provide accurate and timely information to customers, including train schedules, fares, and other relevant details.
  • Station Maintenance: Ensure the cleanliness and safety of the station, including the toilets, waiting rooms, platforms, stairs, and subways.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve our goals and objectives.
Requirements
