We are in search of Qualified Social Workers for our Family Support and Safeguarding division, focusing on addressing safeguarding issues for young individuals.

Your role will involve:

  • Identifying needs and developing pathway plans.
  • Providing direct assistance to young people to help them reach their aspirations.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring the safeguarding and promotion of children's welfare in accordance with relevant legislation.
  • Managing cases in compliance with statutory and departmental guidelines while upholding the highest professional standards.
  • Conducting thorough investigations, risk assessments, and making informed decisions regarding child safety and well-being.
  • Preparing clear, high-quality documentation for various meetings, including child protection conferences and reviews.
  • Engaging in continuous self-reflection to identify learning needs and utilizing supervision for ongoing professional growth.

Qualifications:

  • Registered with Social Work England.
  • Social Work qualified (MA/BSc/DPSW/CQSW/MSc/BA).
