About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Business Support Specialist to join our Education Welfare team. In this role, you will provide essential administrative and operational support to ensure the smooth running of our services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Education Welfare team, including managing correspondence, scheduling appointments, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Assist with the coordination of meetings, workshops, and training sessions for staff and stakeholders.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other documentation as required.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and information flow.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of administrative procedures and systems.
