We are looking for an Educational Support Specialist to join a vibrant and successful primary school in Kingston Upon Thames. Candidates should possess strong literacy and numeracy skills, experience with Special Educational Needs (SEN), and the ability to effectively communicate with colleagues, parents, and SEN professionals. A genuine passion for working with children with special needs is essential.

Ideal Candidate:

  • This role is suitable for experienced Teaching Assistants or those aspiring to become teachers, providing an excellent opportunity to gain the necessary skills and experience for teacher training.
  • A qualification in childcare is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Experience in an educational setting is beneficial, along with literacy skills to manage documentation such as accident reports and policy reviews.
