Job Title: Customer Service Administrator

Are you a detail-oriented and organized individual with excellent communication skills? Do you have experience in customer service and administration? We are seeking a Customer Service Administrator to join our team at Kuehne+Nagel.

About the Role:

This is a dynamic and challenging role that requires a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. As a Customer Service Administrator, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, maintaining records, and ensuring that all relevant KPIs and trackers are up to date.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate all aspects of the purchase ledger, including purchase requisition, purchase order, and invoice receipt.
  • Ensure all invoices are checked for compliance with expected costs and seek approval from the appropriate manager.
  • Maintain local files to track capital and revenue spend.
  • Monitor site consumables and purchase these items to ensure adequate supplies.
  • Work with procurement to ensure Chapeltown requirements are met.
  • Arrange travel and accommodation for Chapeltown meetings.
  • Provide site induction to contractors and visitors.
  • Ensure all MHE are serviced and repaired according to HSE.
  • Keep customer service KPIs and trackers up to date.
  • Respond to Distribution-related customer claims within agreed timescales.
Requirements:
  • Experience in pharma and healthcare supply chain.
  • Experience in Contract Logistics warehouse administration.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Good knowledge of financial systems and month/year-end process.
  • Self-starter capable of working with minimum supervision.
  • Flexible and able to work accurately under pressure.
  • Team player with self-drive to be proactive and add value.
  • Proficient in MS Excel and familiar with Stock Management System.
  • Knowledge of Good Distribution Practice.
