About the Role

Montu, a leading cannabis company, is seeking a skilled Prescription Administrator to join our operations team in the UK. As a key member of our founding team, you will play a vital role in establishing our patient-facing services and ensuring seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Patient Support: Provide exceptional support to patients through phone and email inquiries, maintaining accurate electronic health records, and ensuring timely updates on prescription changes.
  • Prescription Management: Maintain accurate records of prescriptions, work closely with the pharmacy and clinical teams to ensure smooth dispensing and delivery of medication, and collaborate with partner pharmacies to ensure correct delivery and dispensing.
  • Operational Support: Assist with operational and clinical recruitment, onboarding, and training, as well as collate feedback and liaise with the Head of Governance on complaints and compliments.
  • Incident Reporting: Report incidents and significant events, and liaise with the Head of Governance on incident and significant event management.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with clinicians, product, and tech support teams to resolve technical issues and improve service delivery.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of work experience in a healthcare environment or a related field.
  • Excellent attention to detail, high level of IT proficiency, and ability to work under pressure.
  • Good understanding of working in a highly regulated industry and following policies and SOPs.

  • Competitive annual salary of £28,000 PA pro rata.
