About the Role

The Prescription Administrator will be an integral part of our operations team at Montu, a leading cannabis company with a presence in Europe and Asia-Pacific. This role requires a dynamic and patient-centric individual who can help our patients and clinicians get the best out of our service.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide exceptional patient support and maintain accurate electronic health records
  • Ensure seamless prescription management and dispensing processes
  • Collaborate with our pharmacy and clinical teams to deliver high-quality patient care
  • Communicate effectively with patients and stakeholders regarding prescription updates and changes
  • Support operational and clinical recruitment, onboarding, and training initiatives
  • Contribute to service improvement efforts and maintain compliance with company policies and SOPs

**Requirements:**

  • 2+ years of work experience in a healthcare environment or a related field
  • Excellent attention to detail and high level of IT proficiency
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain a high level of professionalism
  • Good understanding of working in a highly regulated industry and following policies and SOPs
