About the Role

Montu, a leading cannabis company, is seeking a skilled Prescription Administrator to join our operations team in the UK. As a key member of our founding team, you will play a vital role in establishing our operations and patient-facing services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Patient Support: Provide exceptional support to patients, responding to their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Electronic Health Records: Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic health records for patients, ensuring seamless communication between teams.
  • Prescription Management: Oversee the maintenance of full and accurate records of prescriptions, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with our pharmacy and clinical teams to ensure smooth dispensing and delivery of medication to patients.
  • Communication: Update patients on any changes to their prescription and work with partner pharmacies to ensure prescriptions are delivered and dispensed correctly.
  • Operational Support: Assist with operational and clinical recruitment, onboarding, and training.
  • Quality Assurance: Collate feedback, report incidents, and liaise with our Head of Governance on complaints and compliments.
  • Technical Support: Liaise with our product and tech support teams on technical issues.
  • Service Improvement: Work closely with our line manager and wider team to identify areas for service improvement.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of work experience in a healthcare environment (advantageous but not essential).
  • Excellent attention to detail and high level of IT proficiency.
  • Good understanding of working in a highly regulated industry and following policies and SOPs.
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain a patient-centric approach.
