Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pharmacist to join our Medical Cannabis team as a Pharmacist Prescriber. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading Medical Cannabis company, providing high-quality care to patients and contributing to the growth and development of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work with patients from initial eligibility appointments to implementation and assessment of care, ensuring a high standard of treatment is provided.
  • Provide medicines information and pharmaceutical advice to patients, as well as prescribing repeat prescription requests.
  • Be autonomous in decision-making and effectively manage workload while further developing the service.
Requirements
  • Relevant degree in Pharmacy (BSc./MSc.)
  • GPhC Registration
  • Experience in Primary Care (preferably) and Independent Prescribing (at least 1 year)
  • Passion for high-quality care
  • Ability to work autonomously and be a decision-maker
  • Motivated individual with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • High sense of personal responsibility
